INGREDIENTS
- 6 Hershey bars broken into squares
- 3 cups chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 16 oz of sour cream
- 2 10oz bags of regular-size marshmallows
- 6 whole graham crackers
- chocolate drizzle
- sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
- Place the oven rack in middle of a preheated oven
- Microwave the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until melted. Stir and set aside.
- Combine cake mix, egg, and sour cream in a glass mixing bowl and mix. Pour batter into pan.
- Microwave, covered, on HIGH 4–5 minutes or until center of cake is firm and springs back when pressed.
- Remove pan from microwave; arrange marshmallows in an even layer over cake. Place in oven for 30–60 seconds or until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from oven. Sprinkle with crackers and drizzle with chocolate.
